No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us at Metamorphosis Hair Design. We hold your appointment just for you and ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice when canceling or changing an appointment. This will allow us to adjust our schedules, and accommodate clients on our waiting list. All schedule changes and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service fee. We will be unable to reschedule any no call/no show appointments.

As a courtesy, text reminders are sent out prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Late Policy
As a courtesy to other scheduled guests, if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be altered or rescheduled.

Children

Due to the use of chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects, children are not allowed on the floor unless they are receiving a service. We understand that child care can be hard to come by, however we need to put safety first, and allow our other guests the courtesy of enjoying their salon experience.
